Midwest Tile & Concrete located in Woodburn, IN produces the highest quality drainage components designed to protect our natural resources and environment.

We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work.

Hours:
Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays

Salary: $18.00 with $1/hr. increase after 90 days with good attendance

• Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr. increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr.

Duties for Concrete Production and Pouring

• Proficiency in concrete forming, hand tools, construction, concrete finishing, and power tools
• Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms
• Assist with removing product from molds/forms
• Clean and oil all forms
• Maintain and utilize the forms properly
• Perform daily work area clean up
• Good attendance and dependability

Essential Functions:

• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).
• GED or High School Diploma preferred, on-the-job training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
